PHLUXi is selling optics made from HR Silicon ingots. Our standard material is HR Si with resistivity higher than 20 k Ohm cm.
Now we are having a purer silicon which shows a resistivity >50 k Ohm cm. Limited volume is available from the rare boule of silicon. Feel free to contact us as soon as possible.
